The most depressed people I know are the ones who declare themselves in a state of depression. Look on the brighter side of things, your situation is not so bad. It will get better. Time is constant, and before you know it, the thing that's getting you down will be in the past.
Whenever I start feeling blue, I remember that my junk still works and that things could always be worse.
ReplyDeleteSo true
ReplyDeleteI have to agree that most "depressions" are just self induced, catalyzed by stress and low self esteem.

ReplyDeleteWhenever I get really depressed I make a Long Island iced tea.
ReplyDeleteI've known a few people like that, infact, for one of my ex-girlfriends, this is typical behaviour. Liking the long island ice tea suggestion from Quetopia though.
